My name is Ben.
If you are looking for a UX designer who can solve complex problems - be it building user journeys that involve multiple participants and are compliant with stringent legislation in a regulated space. Or you are looking for someone who can get on well with your technical team and help find design solutions to technical problems posed by the limitations of your technical infrastructure. Or maybe you have a team that’s dispersed across multiple time zones and you need a UX designer who can work independently and pool in the necessary people and resources to iteratively build out a bullet-proof solution. I am a UX Designer with extensive experience in prototyping, running workshops, stakeholder management and developer collaboration. I have conducted user research myself as well as have worked alongside dedicated researchers. I have worked with startups and small businesses and all the way to the RBSs and NatWests of the world.
I am trained in computer engineering as well as applied arts. I used to be an advertising creative director in the past, I therefore understand marketing and brand, and their relationship with product. I still occasionally work on brand strategy and brand design projects.
